Electric Car Charging at Bridgehouse Court
We have recently installed electric car charging to over twenty parking spaces at Bridgehouse Court, in Blackfriars, London. This site forms part our owned and managed estate, and has both several commercial units and 28 flats. These charging ports are powered using solar panels on the roof of the building.
Black Sheep Coffee in Uxbridge
In 2023, we opened our second Black Sheep Coffee site in Uxbridge, West London. The shop is frequented by local workers, residents and visitors to the town. This has brought significant employment opportunities to the local community, as well as providing space for charities and local groups to use.
